This winter 2024 we are excited to announce PNW Mountaineers Box Lacrosse Teams! Get ready for an fantastic winter as the PNW Mountaineers head to Salt Lake City for the Wasatch Winter Invitational in 2025! Our team is pumped to compete against the nation's best in this thrilling two-day box lacrosse tournament, held at the state-of-the-art Sports City facility. Box Skills Training (*January 5 at MJCC):

Join us for Box Skills Training, where players will enhance their box lacrosse skills with guidance from our expert coaching staff. This session will focus on box-specific techniques for 1v1 offense and defense, along with specialized training for goalies.

Training Camp (January 10, 11 at PDX FieldHouse):

Training Camp is our opportunity to dive into the world of box lacrosse. We will host Training Camp on January 10 and 11th. This period will be used to enhance team chemistry, and work on box specific skills and tactics. Training Camp will be a lengthened practice environment with additional staff supporting players.
