Our Team Training sessions are designed to ensure players feel confident with team strategies, concepts, and skills before stepping into tournament play. Practices are scheduled leading up to tournaments, providing the best preparation for the summer season. With 90-minute sessions, our schedule is carefully planned to maximize improvement without overloading players.
During these sessions, our coaches will focus on small-sided drills, team-specific plays, and game tactics to enhance player development and team cohesion.
