Tryouts are the time to get evaluated against the best competition in the state. Players should expect to receive a 90 minute evaluation inside an uptempo training environment to help our staff best assess team placement.

Team Training are 90 minutes long and begin on Sundays in September after the start of school and Labor Day weekend. Coaches will install tactics and develop skills to help players prepare for the tournament season. Our practices have been intentionally scheduled to avoid conflicts with the Fall Sports season. We support our multi-sport athletes, and limit weekly requirements to ensure athletes have the bandwidth to participate in both.

In addition to our consistent Face-Off and Goalie Training, we are excited to bring back offense and defensive position-specific training based on the needs our esteemed directors, Colin Squires and Ross Scott, see. These sessions are tailored to providing detailed position specific instructions and adjustments to allow players to build confidence and hone in their craft.

We carefully select Fall tournaments that best support the development and interests of our players and teams, ensuring each event aligns with our strategic goals for team progression.
