Tryouts are the time to get evaluated against the best competition in the state. Players should expect to receive a 90 minute evaluation inside an uptempo training environment to help our staff best assess team placement.

Team Camp is not only a great place to start building team chemistry and jumpstart the summer season, but it is also an essential component of our Summer program. Training Camp sets the foundation for a successful season ahead, instilling camaraderie, unity, and a shared sense of purpose within the team.

Summer Team practices will be 90 minutes long and begin on Tuesday/Thursdays in June. Our practices have been intentionally scheduled to not conflict with the spring lacrosse season.

Goalie and Faceoff Training bring our experienced staff to improve position-specific understanding, glean new skills and techniques, improve training efficiency, and a competitive edge heading into events. Goalie and Faceoff Training will take place on Wednesday nights.
