The foundation of teams success is found at practice. Fall/Winter training schedule is designed to accommodate and encourage our multi-sport athletes to keep the stick in their hand through the Fall season without overloading them. Fall/Winter team practices take place Sunday afternoons (with a few midweek practices to prepare end of season tournaments). Team Training sessions are designed to maximize the player and team development through uptempo and repetitious training environment. Practices are 90 minutes long and will be held at one of the facilities listed below.
